Membership is available at Three different levels:

 

Professional/Educator Member

This level is for those individuals who meet MAA requirements for providing private health care consultations and therapies to the general public. This level is for professional practitioners who meet the established criteria applying to this level. This level is for Professional members who teach Ayurveda at a state approved academic educational program or teach in the community. Open to Ayurvedic Doctors, Ayurvedic Practitioners, Ayurvedic Health Counselors, including other Integrative Practitioners (acupuncturists, chiropractors, energy workers, body workers, etc.)

General Member

Any member of the public interested in Ayurveda. Prior to activation of Professional membership levels, this level of membership is for anyone supportive of the mission, purpose and goals of this organization. When Professional Membership levels are activated, General Members who meet requirements will transfer their membership to the other levels.

Student Member

Students currently enrolled in Ayurveda studies.

Benefits of membership include:

• Professional members will be included in our online directory of professionals and have the opportunity to present at our annual Ayurveda Day.

• Continuing Education in Ayurveda is available to all members (Mini classes on various topics of Ayurveda)

• Discounts on Ayurvedic products & services from member Ayurvedic practitioners/doctors in our area
